The 14th Emirates Critical Conference featured Dr. Maher A. Abbas as a guest speaker. The meeting was hosted in Dubai Festival City. The event was held under the Patronage of H. H. Sheikh Hamdan Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Deputy Ruler of Dubai, Minister of Finance and President of Dubai Health Authority. Dr. Maher spoke on Colorectal Surgical Emergencies. The annual meeting was attended by a large audience from the UAE, Gulf States, Arab World, Asia, and Europe.
