The Annual Congress of the American College of Surgeons was held in San Diego, California. The largest meeting of its kind, the Annual Congress was attended by over 10,000 participants from around the globe. Professor Maher A. Abbas taught the hands-on skills course on endoscopic stenting, moderated the diverticulitis session, gave a talk on endoscopic management of colorectal strictures, and presented a technical video in the colorectal surgery session.
