Dr. Maher A. Abbas, Fellow of the American Society of Colon and Rectal Surgeons, was an invited faculty guest speaker to the 2017 American Society of Colon and Rectal Surgeons and Tripartite Scientific Meeting. Dr. Abbas was featured in the anal fistula surgery session and addressed a large international audience of over 1000 surgeons on the topic of The Future of Anal Fistula Surgery. The American Society of Colon and Rectal Surgeons Annual Meeting is the most important international colorectal surgery meeting with a large international audience from North America, South America, Europe, Asia, the Middle-East, and Africa.
